Free Shipping Across Canada and the US
At Caspian Rugs, we are pleased to offer free shipping to all our customers in Canada and the United States. Here are the details regarding our shipping policies and timeframes:
Processing Times:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Shipping Methods:
- We ship all orders via UPS Standard within Canada and USPS First Class for the US.
Delivery within Canada:
- Delivery times range from 1-5 business days once the item is dispatched.
- Please note that delivery times exclude major holidays and long weekends.
- For urgent deliveries, we offer an expedited 2-day shipping option.
Delivery to the US:
- Delivery times range from 2-5 days.
- We do not ship to PO box addresses, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Additional Information:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled before delivery.
- In the event of a lost package, we offer a replacement.
- Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
- For timely holiday deliveries, we recommend ordering before December 9th if you wish your order to arrive before Christmas.
- Processing/handling times for specific products are noted on their respective product pages.
Please note that once packages are shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery times. We strive to provide accurate estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to variables in shipping processes.
